A Radical Alternative to Selling Your Worldmark Time Share!
Finding it difficult to sell your worldmark time share? I have a better proposal. Donate it! No one would pass up the opportunity to gain a freebie, and one that enables you to travel and enjoy, at that.
Some people are bent on selling their time shares, willing to invest so much of their time, energy and money (yes! legitimate advertising requires considerable fees from sellers!) just to have their value for money back, not actually considering that the value could come in a different form-- like for example, goodwill and the feel-good feeling of having done something worth looking back.
Instead of selling your worldmark time share, you might want to give it to someone you really care about. While it is true that you may be able to generate much from selling your worldmark time share as you get rid of it, it is priceless to see someone enjoy the benefits of your worldmark time share.
There is definitely no risk involved in donating your worldmark time share. Since you are giving it absolutely for free, there will be no risk of being deceived of getting the actual money you were supposed to receive. Furthermore, it is a perfect graduation or birthday gift for a loved one who has been striving hard but has not gotten any rewards for his or her hard work.
Donating your time share instead of selling it also promotes goodwill and peace on the part of the giver. There is a certain priceless dose of peace that comes when you actually let yourself loose to give something as major as a worldmark time share.
Donating is not only an option to loved ones. You may also help fulfill someone's dreams through your worldmark time share by donating to a total stranger. Or maybe you can donate your worldmark time share to an agency which needs it most. Some of the worthiest causes in the world are left unfunded. You just might want to give a little to help get them started.
Donatiing your worldmark timeshare is a very fast process and requires no fees whatsoever. Selling timeshares require you to pay for advertising fees and end up liquidating your available money before you get it back through the sale of your time share. The time wasted in waiting for the time share to be sold becomes idle time where the full benefits of the worldmark timeshare are not enjoyed.
There are a lot of nonprofit organizations who are more than willing to unburden you with your worldmark time share if only you let them. If you really can't bring yourself to enjoy the time share benefits, you could at least assist other people in fulfilling their goals.
Waiting for your time share to sell is much worse than waiting for a baby's conception. Even if you plug away, there is still no guarantee that your time share will be sold at the time period you expect it to sell. Eventually you will end up close to giving it away, anyway, so as not to waste the benefits. Why not save yourself all the trouble and decide from the beginning to donate it and allow others to benefit from it? In seeing other benefit from it, you will gain a lot for yourself-- things which money can never buy.
